Are items guaranteed authentic?

Yes. Every item in our collection is rigorously vetted and inspected by our experts before it goes live. We examine everything from stitching and date codes to hardware and materials to ensure it meets strict luxury standards. If an item cannot be definitively authenticated, we will not sell it.

We offer certified authentication through Real Authentication for an additional $45 per item. Please indicate at checkout if you would like to add authenitcation.

What condition standards do you look for?

We only accept items that have had a single previous owner and are in excellent, well-cared-for condition. Before any item is listed, we thoroughly inspect it for wear. Because these are pre-owned luxury goods, minor imperfections can happen, but we do our best to photograph the exact condition of every piece so there are never any surprises.

How can I place an order?

Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our website, select the items you love, choose the appropriate size and color, and add them to your cart. Once you're done shopping, proceed to the checkout page to complete your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, for a seamless and secure checkout experience.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries. During the checkout process, you'll be able to see if we ship to your location and the associated shipping costs.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment through our shipping partner's website.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

All orders over $500 will require signature upon delivery.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, and the buyer covers return shipping costs. All items are inspected upon receipt. To qualify for a refund, items must be in their original condition; we cannot issue refunds for items that show new signs of wear, use or damage.

Can I cancel an order after it's been placed?

We strive to process orders quickly, but if you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once you received a tracking number, cancellation is no longer an option. This usually happens within 48 hours of the order being placed.

Where is your store located?

We primarily operate as an online fashion store, which means you can shop with us from anywhere with an internet connection. We don't have a physical store location at the moment.
